Raw Voice. Honest Songs.
Chris Kroeze (pronounced “Cruise-E”) is a Wisconsin-born roots country and rock artist known for his gravel-soaked voice, strong guitar work, and relentless touring.
Playing over 200 shows a year — including 14 overseas tours supporting U.S. Armed Forces — he’s built a reputation as a road-tested, audience-first performer. Raised in Barron, Wisconsin, he picked up guitar at six, shaped by campfire nights and the influence of Lynyrd Skynyrd.
His career gained traction with “Four Letter Words” (2014), but it was his 2018 run on The Voice that launched him nationally. His original song “Human” broke records, landing in the Billboard Hot 100 Top 10 and becoming one of the most streamed songs in the show’s history.
Kroeze continues to release new music — including 2025 tracks like “Trigger Happy” and “Even Rednecks Get the Blues” — while staying rooted in his hometown, where he still lives and raises his family.
